Sustainability & Ethics
By reaching out, you are taking the first step toward a responsible journey that directly supports local artisans and conservation projects in every kingdom we visit.
No, we provide all transportation in our own professional high-clearance vehicles. These are essential for navigating the steep Maloti Mountain passes in Lesotho and the sandy coastal roads of Mozambique, ensuring you travel in comfort and safety.
The ideal window is between April and October. This avoids the heavy summer rains and high humidity in Mozambique, as well as the extreme winter snowfalls that can sometimes close the high mountain passes in Lesotho, but you can still do this tour all year
Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality. While many travelers receive entry at the border for Lesotho and Eswatini, Mozambique often requires an e-visa or pre-arranged entry. We provide a full visa guide and assistance upon booking to ensure your paperwork is in order.
This tour offers a balance of adventure and relaxation. While activities like pony trekking in Lesotho or snorkeling in Tofo require a moderate level of fitness, we can adjust the intensity of all activities to suit your personal comfort level.
We recommend drinking bottled or filtered water, which we provide throughout the trip. We carefully select local eateries and lodges known for high hygiene standards, especially when enjoying the famous fresh seafood in Maputo and Inhambane.
